By using a whole foods nutrient dense diet Adaptive Nutrition helps clients support the five foundations of health

  • Digestion: proper digestion aids in effective nutrient absorption

  • Sugar Handling: regulating blood sugar levels reduces inflammation

  • Fatty Acid Balance: proper balancing of pro and anti inflammatory fats regulates cellular repair

  • Mineral Stabilization: maintains proper blood pH, builds bone density, muscle tension, and aids in restful sleep

  • Hydration: aids movement of nutrients throughout the body

On the path to healing

Nutritional Therapy counseling with Adaptive Nutrition is available remotely or in-person. Christopher assesses client’s current and past dietary regimes, supplementation, health history, digestion, and nutritional status to better understand client’s overall health. From there he builds a personalized plan incorporating proper supplementation, dietary protocols, healthy and delicious recipes, and lifestyle guidelines. Depending on plan specifications, clients have access to Christopher for follow-up meetings and any questions.

Health is an ongoing and fluid process.
